This charming city is full of history, from fishing traditions to being a port for cruise ships. On the way, you’ll see true Alaskan beauty: fjords, giant mountains, waterfalls, emerald lakes, and jaw-dropping views. The colors of the water alone are worth the trip! Ekatarina (Kate)...was the MOST amazing guide! She took us everywhere we asked to go and places only she knew about. We walked on glaciers, hiked in the wild, saw bears, moose, and generally had an AMAZING day! She provided drinks and snacks and then cooked us probably the BEST meal we had on our entire trip (all from the back of her vehicle)! If we come to AK again we will DEFINITELY use Kate! I consider her a friend. Such a great day! Highlight of our trip!

Kate was a great and enthusiastic guide. She has adopted Alaska as her home after being born in Russia,even if she hasn't admitted it to herself yet. She loves Alaska and especially the nature she sees while hiking. Her pride in the area shows as she wants you to see everything that she obviously loves. She constantly shares her knowledge and wants your tour to be the best ever. Our family did only mild to moderate level hikes, but she is a level 6 climber and can guide extreme hikes as well. Loved her!
