Hi there! I am a professional, licensed tour guide authorized by the Ministry of Tourism. I have been in the tourism industry for over 25 years, and I still love it. I love meeting new people from different cultures. I enjoy giving and receiving information, as well as interacting with others. Besides being a licensed tour guide, I am also a certified interpreter. I studied English Language and Literature at university. I am married, and I have two little kids. My tours are in and around the city of Trabzon, the transportation is via brand new vans with full tourism insurance and certifications (either a Wolskvagen Caravelle or a Mercedes Vito, according to the number of seats needed. Or if the tour is only with one or two visitors, we can hire a car.) If the visitor requests only a city center tour and wants to interact with local people, then we can arrange a walking tour and public transportation. The City of Trabzon has a lot to offer. During my tours, visitors will be able to explore a rich history from early Christianity, Islam, Byzantine, Persians, Ottoman Era, modern Turkey, and different cultures. We will visit monasteries, old mosques, museums, and lively streets. My city is peaceful, far away from problems. Local people are really tourist-friendly. Last but not least, Trabzon and its neighbourhood offer really tasty dishes that tourists love to try. I have some fixed programs of my tours, but we can arrange tailor-made tours according to the visitors' needs and time. I offer and guarantee you that we together will decide about every single detail in your travel plan, and you can feel comfortable asking me anything about it. I promise you that I will always be flexible, friendly, understanding, satisfying, and informative during your tour because my goal is to give you the best possible guiding service. Hope to see you soon. 1- I have a Professional Tourist Guide License issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture 2- I have been certified as a Cultural Heritage Professional by the European Union-funded ALECTOR Project 3- I have attended a training course named "Developing Effective Communication" in Slovenia, funded bythe European Union I do not have any restrictions regarding my guiding; I can offer a full range of experiences. Please be informed that all my tours are guaranteed and comply with the laws of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Please note that the tours guaranteed here are to be provided by an officially registered A-class Tourism & Travel Agency.

How about going on a daily excursion to another country while you are in Trabzon, Turkey? Batumi, Georgia is the perfect destination. Batumi is located 210 km away from Trabzon city. Along the Black Sea coastal road, we will pass through districts filled with tea cultivation gardens on our right and the Black Sea on our left, reaching the border gate. After crossing the border, we will enter the city of Batumi, where we will spend our entire day. I will show you both the new and old neighborhoods of this city, which is poised to become the new Las Vegas or Monaco of this region. Along the way, I will share plenty of information about Georgia, mythological stories, culture, history, and the relationships between the two countries. I believe that you will leave Batumi with unforgettable memories.
-First, we'll visit Batumi Botanical Garden where we'll be able to see hundreds of different types of trees and flowers many of which are endemic. -After the Botanical Garden, we will have our lunch. -Then we'll go to the town center, visit Medea Square and learn about the Argonauts from Greek Mythology. -We'll then visit the Batumi Mother of God Cathedral and Europe Square. -After that, we'll go to the seaside, see Ali & Nino Statue and learn about its love story. -Then maybe we can try a ride on the Swing Ride just next to the statue to get a general view of the city with its modern skyscrapers, old buildings and the harbor. -And finally, we'll have a long walk on the brilliant Batumi seaside with nice gardens, trees, cafes, and souvenir shops. -At the end of the day, we'll head back to the border and go through the same customs procedures again. -When we get to the Turkish side again, we'll drive back to Trabzon and I am sure you will be sleeping in the vehicle after this long, tiring but pleasant day.
