My name is Suphote, a fully licensed guided by Tourist Authority of Thailand (TAT license 21- 0388) and have been working as a tour guide and tour leader for over 20 years. Thailand has long been a popular tourist destination, it is hardly avoid tourist in any popular sites. Overview of your Chiang Mai tour

Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, Formerly known as Doi Aoy Chang. We will drive about 1 1/2 hrs through the dense forest to visit a noncommercial Hmong hilltribe village. Coffee plantation is their major income which support by Chiang Mai University Coffee research station. Stroll around and have a chit chat with villagers, who still try to maintain their identity. A stop for 30 - 40 minutes to visit a splendid garden in the Royal Winter Palace cannot be missed, especially, those who love plants and flower. Growing up, I have been hearing people saying that if you visited Chiang Mai but haven't visited Wat Prathat Doi Suthep that's mean you never been to Chiang Mai at all. So, let me take you there and enjoy the mountain history that has been passed along with a mix of legends and myths. Once arrive the base of the temple, if you are fit enough, you can walk up 300 steps or save your energy and take a funicular up to the temple. I will lead you around the temple, take photo and get blessed by monk.

Your Chiang Mai tour itinerary

-8:00 AM We drive up to the back side of the Doi Suthep mountain to visit Hmong Hilltribe village. Stop at coffee research station to see how the process of coffee, opportunity to try freshly brewed coffee right at the station. - 11:00 AM Visit Royal Winter Residence, which was built to accommodate the royal family during state visits to the north of the country. Advantage of the cool climate and beautiful ground fill with colorful flower and orchid. A collection of 300 species of Roses in this garden. - Lunch at the local restaurant -14 :00 PM drive about 20 minutes, to visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep or Doi Suthep temple, one of the most important temples in Lanna Thai, situated at 3, 000 feet above sea level. -16: 00 Drive back down to the city, transfer to hotel. NOTE: There are two Hmong tribe villages in this area; I always take people to the less-commercial one. I cater tour in flexible manner, we can discuss the tour to adjust to your preferences. Modern, clean and comfortable, air-condition Toyota commuter van 9 seats. From the temple to the Hmong Village, depending on the condition of the road and time of the year we may have to change vehicle and get a truck instead of the van. However, there is no additional cost. If you are 2 people we will use 4 Wheels drive and I will be the guide and driver.
