My name is Suphote, a fully licensed guided by Tourist Authority of Thailand (TAT license 21- 0388) and have been working as a tour guide and tour leader for over 20 years. Thailand has long been a popular tourist destination, it is hardly avoid tourist in any popular sites. I can take people to a typical tourist site, but preferred to the site that less traveled by tourist more. I love to take my clients to chat with the locals, to share some common and uncommon things in their life. It is truly amazing to see they are laughing together even though they don't understand the language, only translated between them by me. I love to eat and love to cook, showing the variety of Thai food and let my clients try different authentic local cuisine is also one of my favorite, especially if they are adventurous. I am also catering tour in flexible and hilarious manner. Today, I will take you out in nature. About hour and half drive to the Karen village, walk around the village and get to know their way of life. Start hiking to a waterfall from the end of the village through the rice field, coffee plantation then enters into a dense forest. I am sure you will have fun, along the way, you will learn about local traditional medicine, edible & poison plants. The hiking will take about 2 - 3 hours depend on your pace. Bring along swimming suite, incase you like to swim. Lunch stops at the King Royal Project. I will tell you the beneficial of this project provide to the Trible who live in the Park. Continue to the summit, the highest spot in Thailand. We will do a short board walk trial (300 Meter) and visit The Two picturesque Pagoda on the way down Return back to Chaiang Mai
- 7:30 am meeting in the hotel lobby. Take a scenic drive to visit the highest mountain in Thailand. -We first visit the Karen village, see their traditional way of life and try their organic coffee. -We start hiking from the village, the trial will lead you to pass stunning view of the village rice terrace. Then hike through the dense forest that covers the village view. In about an hour, we will reach a photogenic Pha Dok Seaw Waterfall, then we will cross the bamboo bridge and continue hiking along the cascade until we get to our transportation. - Lunch will be at The Royal Project Station, which assisting the Hill tribe villages grow temperate crops to improve their income. -In the afternoon we will drive up to the summit with a short walk in Angkha nature study Trail. On the way down, we will stop visiting the two Picturesque Chedies, commemorating for the King and the Queen on their 60th birthday anniversary. -Late afternoon will transfer back to the city.
