- Pick up by Chef Lyn, then she will take you to visit the local market and continue to her house. - When we arrive at Lyn's home, we will walk to the organic garden and learn about Thai herbs and vegetables that we will use for cooking. - You will learn to cook 5 dishes: soup, appetizer, dessert, curry and homemade curry paste. The food will be Central Thai food in Thai cuisine. You will be learning to cook Thai food from scratch and learning how to create your own taste. - The place is in the countryside surrounded by a local community with rice fields, fruit orchards and organic gardens that make you feel relaxed. Examples of menus are Pad Thai, Pad See Aew, Pad Khee Maow, Tom Yam Kung, Tom Ka Kai, Spring roll and mango with sticky rice.
