As a historian I like to show the monuments of the city but I especially enjoy talking about our local culture. This is Sevilla, so we can talk about soccer, tapas, processions, flamenco, and of course, our wines! I like to visit places that normally are not included in the traditional visitor's circuit. Let me take you to the charming market of Feria Street, a cloister convent where to eat a sweet. The views from the other side of the river are beautiful, specially if you go during the "blue hour". I love to travel all the time. I have been in UK, France, Italy, Egypt, Frech Polynesia, India, Madison Wisconsin, New York City, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Croatia, Portugal, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Cerdeña, Córcega, Sicily, Ireland, Canada, . . . I got married in 2006 and have two beautiful princesses, Elsa (2012) and Emma (2017). History and music are an important part of my life. I am lucky to live in Sevilla but really lucky because my job it is to show you not only the monuments , the gastronomy but specially the soul of Sevilla. Forget about the time, we need no maps, just enjoy as we are in Sevilla! History degree (1993-1998) Official licensed guide since 2001. Manager of a tourist company since 1999. Writer of the book "Semana Santa in Sevilla" (2001)

Overview of your Seville tour

The presence of the jewish in Sevilla is confirmed for more than a thousand years. In this tour we will follow the steps of the jewish during the Middle Ages. Let's see two current churches that were originally sinagoges. Let me show you the "real" old jewish section by walking in a residential area of Sevilla. Once there, we will walk in the old main street of the jewish section where to find the public buildings, shops, etc . . . We will discover the remains of the cementery , hidden for most of the travellers. No so far from there, we can see the remains of the defensive wall of XIII century . What if we enter in the church of Santa María?, that was originally one of the most important sinagoges of Sevilla in the Middle Ages. The end of the tour will turn dark so we will see the old plaza of San Francisco where the Inquisition had "Autos de Fé" to finish our tour on the other side of the river, in Triana, by visiting the old Castle of the Inquisition , dated from 1478.
