My only goal from the first second I meet you is to make your excursion a very special day. I am easy-going, intuitive and always willing to help with a smile. I know I wanted to work on Tourism since I was a little girl and that is why I studied Tourism in the University, went to England to improve the language and became an Official Tour Guide. I have been doing this job for more than ten years and I still enjoy it very much, and hope to be able to enjoy it for many years to come. I speak fluent English and Spanish is my mother tongue. Can even make myself understood with German. I do not believe in excursions full of data, I truly believe in letting my guests discover by themselves what the island has to show them and maybe give you the tricks to discover a little bit more. To visit the National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site is no doubt, the must of the visit to the island. Let the volcanic landscape surprise you as we approach Teide, the highest peak in Spain. The spectacular views will be the unforgettable experience on Tenerife. Learn some of the histories of the area and be surprised by this open air volcanic museum. Very few places show such a variety of landscapes and rare ecosystems in a very small area.
Natalia & Guillermo are excellent guides for touring the national park and the base of Teide. Leaving early to avoid tour buses is the way to go. Natalia's knowledge of all things natural & historical about Tenerife is impressive and thorough. A tour well worth doing!
We had an amazing day with Natalia on gorgeous Tenerife, including an unforgettable hike in Teide NP, where stunning views truly take your breath away. Natalia is the perfect guide—she has essential knowledge of the island's geology, volcanoes, botany, etc., and also communicates in language that we could comprehend. Natalia customized the tour to include beautiful San Cristobal de la Laguna, where we benefited from her extensive knowledge of the history, culture, and people of Tenerife.
Four of us joined Natalia and Will for a superb visit to the National Park of Teide. The journey through the flora & fauna as we drove up and out of Santa Cruz de Tenerife was magical. Eventually, the clouds were below us and we were "on top of the world" admiring Mt. Teide and the amazing geology surrounding it. The moon-like landscape of the immense caldera and the "hoo-doos" that grace it are magical and almost other-worldly. What an extraordinary experience made even more so with Natalia and Will.
Amazing trip! Scenery is unbelievably beautiful and the Teide and it's surroundings are impressive. Natalia and Guillermo were very accommodating and professional. I certainly appreciated Guillermo's ability to drive through the mountains and Natalia 's expertise in the history of the area; she's very knowledgeable and made trip very entertaining. The tour of La Laguna was a wonderful addition to the day and I thanked Natalia for agreeing to take me through the town and it's history. Wonderful experience!
This is the perfect tour of both the National Park, but also so much more of Tenerife, both on the way there, and on the way back. Natalia is an excellent guide, with extensive knowledge about all topics regarding the Canary Islands, from basic volcanology and biology, to culture and history. Hands down the best guided tour I have ever been on, and a fantastic way to explore the inland landscape of the island of Tenerife in a relaxed and comfortable way. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!
