From the meeting point we will go to the first tasting; A bakery called forn Fondo founded on 1742 where you will taste some savoury pastries and a combination of savoury dough and sweet refill After that we go to Bar Bosch to enjoy what we called llonguets which is the typical Palma de Mallorca bread refill with sobrasada (the most important mallorcan cold cut) and another interesting dish we call " variado" which is a mix of different kind of food in the same dish Our next stop is colmado la Pajarita, founded on 1872 (6th gen family owned business) where you will taste a variety of gourmet products and after that a sweet surprise is waiting for you We will finish the tour in Can Joan de s'aigo. it is a must for locals and visitors I am very happy to tailor the tour to your individual wishes and requirements.
