My name is Jay Song, a proud native of Jeju Island who's embracing the beauty and culture of this incredible island. I lived in the United States for about 20 years, where I improved my English skills and gained international experience. Seven years ago, I returned to Jeju and have been passionately working as an English tour guide for the past five years. With an average of 150 guided tours per year, I specialize in cruise shore excursions, FIT and SIT tours, as well as MICE-related interpretation and event coordination. My extensive experience allows me to tailor each tour to the unique interests of my guests, creating memorable and personalized travel experiences. As a Jeju trekking guide, I also lead groups on the famous Camino de Santiago every two years, which broadens my perspective on culture, adventure, and group dynamics. I have completed the Jeju Olle trails multiple times, volunteered over 300 hours assisting foreign visitors, and hold several key certifications including English tourism interpreter, overseas travel conductor, and walking instructor certifications.
