My name is Cesar, I live Monterrey, a great industrial city known as The City of "Cerro de la Silla" (The Horse Chair Mountain) due to a hill with this figure. Monterrey is the capital of Nuevo Leon state, and the third largest in Mexico. Is considered one of the most developed cities in the entire country.
