My name is Cesar, I live Monterrey, a great industrial city known as The City of "Cerro de la Silla" (The Horse Chair Mountain) due to a hill with this figure. Monterrey is the capital of Nuevo Leon state, and the third largest in Mexico. Is considered one of the most developed cities in the entire country. Downtown is a very walkable place and If you are interested in seeing the most cultural places around it, I recommend the City Tour.
