Express Monterrey City Tour

As a born and raised "Regia", I will take you to discover my city's highlights by walking through our downtown. Monterrey has a vast history and was a niche for the industrial development in Mexico. I live and breath being local, so I can share with you different views of the city. We will discover historical places, food, architecture, industrial and warfare history and city quirks that only us, as residents, can show you, along with experiencing the love and life we have for our culture and traditions as northern mexicans (and as "Regios"). I can show you from a personal and passionate side all about my place of birth as well as a seasoned expert in many stories no one else would be able to tell you: art, history, religion, industry, commerce; we have it all .

Suggested Itinerary: • Meet up at agreed location • Macroplaza and Explanada de Los Héroes. We will walk and take pictures of the state hall, will review the foundation of the city, and enjoy the view to take pictures. (40 mins) • Paseo Santa Lucía. The riverwalk is an amazing site. Depending on the rules of the new normality, we might be able to catch a boat and review history while we head to the last spot. (30 mins) • Parque Fundidora. The Fundidora Park has its roots deep down our steel foundry history. (Optional, we can climb atop a blast furnace and take a night stroll at certain hours) (1hr) • Lunch break. I will take you, time provide, to one of the most representative restaurants for our cuisine (1hr) • Panadería.
