My name is Alrick and I would like to offer my services to be your personal Jamaican tour guide. I was born and raised on this beautiful island of Jamaica. Blue Hole or also known as the "Secret Falls", is a hidden gem in a very natural state untouched by the government. Found in the beautiful rainforest mountain of Ocho Rios, Blue Hole or Secret Falls is the perfect tour off the beaten path in Jamaica. We start with "Blue Hole" which is a beautiful turquoise color to jump in and have fun. Then we continue to what they call, "Secret Falls", the hidden waterfalls. This has always been one of my favorite locations because it is still so "natural". The guides at the location are amazing and will guide you throughout the entire tour with just you and your family. They will even take your phone/camera and take pictures along the way. There are areas for swimming, areas for climbing the falls, jumping from the falls as well as rope swings for some adventure! *Price is quoted for 2 people from Montego Bay. You can visit a place but without the right person it will be the same as anywhere else. Alrick is the 'right' person! What an absolute blast we had spending the day with him :) Eating Patties, t-shirt shopping, the Blue Hole, cap hunting and of course a great lunch of the infamous Chicken and Pork Jerk (Yum) We learnt lots without it being too much, we all laughed and even sang to Jimmy Cliff and Bob Marley on the way back to the ship. We loved our day and Alrick! We will be back - Thank you! :)
If you're ever in JA then Alrick is the man for your tours. Very professional but also very friendly. Me and my wife felt very comfortable around Alrick. We were only with him for about 4 hours but it felt like we knew him longer.Funny and easy going with his guest. Has a wealth of knowledge about his country and enjoys what he does. When/if I'm in JA again I'll definitely be asking for Alrick again .
- The tour begins with an early morning pickup to beat the rush of big tour buses. - Upon arrival, you put on your water shoes and get paired up with a guide. You will walk with the guide into the water and start climbing to the top. - You will have the opportunity the have fun on the rope swing, jump off the falls into the pools of water. - Once you are finished with the falls, we can then go into the town of Ocho Rios and eat a local lunch and some local fruits - Then we can go to the local shops for you to buy souvenirs * Do not hesitate to contact me for a customized tour
