Hello and welcome to Brescia, Verona, Lake Garda and Lake Iseo My name is Davide, and my goal is to help you experience this beautiful part of Italy as a real local, not just as a visitor. I am a licensed tour guide with over 20 years of experience, an art historian, and a professional cook with a deep passion for local food and wine. My guiding journey began in Stockholm, Sweden, continued in Rome, and eventually brought me back to this extraordinary area of my beloved country. Why Brescia, Lake Garda and Verona? Few places in Italy combine history, beauty and everyday life so naturally. From a sunset walk through Verona’s romantic streets, to the lively alleys of Brescia’s Carmine district, or sitting in a family-run vineyard tasting Valpolicella or Franciacorta, this region reveals its charm through people, traditions, hidden corners and centuries of fascinating stories. Last but not least… my tours are designed for curious, thoughtful travelers who want to truly understand the places they visit through engaging storytelling — without being lectured. I like to combine solid and serious knowledge with a relaxed atmosphere, a touch of humor, and plenty of room for conversation, fun, and a good laugh. Join me, and let’s turn your time here into a memorable, engaging and enjoyable experience. - Licensed Tour Guide of Brescia and Verona - Licensed Tour guide of Rome - Licensed Tour Guide in Stockholm, Sweden - Licensed Bicycle and Trekking guide active in all of Italy - Art Historian with Master degreee at the University of Milano - Professional Cook

We will meet up in Stresa and take a charming local motorboat to Isola Bella. Once there I will give you a short introduction about the enchanting Lake Maggiore, its wonders and most beautiful less known gems and the must see places, the local life not to be missed and the best food tips! I spent plenty of time all over the district in my teenage years and later when I met my wife (a real local!) After having visited the amazing Palazzo Borromeo and its gardens, it will be time for another short ride to Isola Pescatori. Here we will talk about the misterious origins of the local population through the carvings left intk the rocks over 4000 years ago and go on to learn about the unique day-to-day life of the local “isolani”. What better way to end a tour? A local drink and some snacks will give you a last moment of relax before heading back to Stresa with our local motorboatz

Piazza Marconi, Stresa, Piemonte, 28838, Italy
1 . Piazza Marconi is mainly a RECTANGULAR parking lot. 2. One side of it faces the Lake. 3. Standing in the square and FACING THE LAKE, look towards the LEFT corner edge (opposite to the RIGHT corner, where you will see the Public ferry pier) and at the corner you will see me standing with a visible sign.
