Lucca, the walled town of Puccini in a half day tour

My first love, when I arrived in Tuscany, was Lucca. I never saw a so charming town where you can feel an authentic atmosphere and a big civic conscious everywhere. My first guide licensed was Lucca and its province, even if it was not famous 30 years ago, because it is really an honour for me and always a joy to guide and work in this town and for this town. We don't always expect the charm of "minor" cities such as Lucca. Its medieval and baroque architecture, like its atmosphere, is perfectly preserved, enclosed within the massive walls that the people of Lucca are so proud of!
