Ciao! My name is Giulia and I live in a small town close to the countryside between Florence and Pisa (Tuscany region)in the so called "leather industrial area". I was raised here and I' ve always been living here, even if I' ve had several experiences abroad, in particular in England. I travelled a lot when I was younger and I' ve always been fascinated by the tour guide as a profession. My greatest passion were foreign languages and for this reason I attended the University of Linguistic Mediation in Pisa where I better studied English and I started studying Spanish. During my University studies I took the "tourist branch" of it and I had the chance to study different aspects of the history and art of my region, Tuscany. I developed an incredible interest and passion for it and the real turning point was in 2011 when I had the opportunity to start working as a tour leader. At the beginning was not so easy but the more I was doing it, the more I was feeling that IT WAS MY WAY! For this reason I attended the course to become a licensed guide for Pisa in 2013 and then for Florence in 2019 and my dreams came true: sharing with people the amazing history, art and enogastronomic culture (the best part!) of my territory is absolutely priceless! In this tour we are visiting the wonders of Lucca from its Renaissance city-walls to the Cathedral Square, from San Michele square to the Amphitheatre square strolling down Via Fillungo, the main central street, now popular for it's shopping. After that we are going to have lunch and wine tasting at a typical Tuscan Farmhouse: a classic Tuscan cuisine, from game to homemade pasta each dish has its own story to tell! Beftore lunch one of the girls working there will give us a little introduction of place and the products they are making that are wine and extra virgin olive oil.
We had a great time on our tour to Pisa and a delicious lunch. Giulia picked us up from our Royal Caribbean cruise. We had a group of 6 that wanted to see Pisa. She was very knowledgeable and showed us around. It was very helpful because she spoke Italian as well as English. She recommended a winery/farm that we visited. We had an amazing lunch. The pasta was delicious! Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

The driver and I will come to pick you up at the port at 9am. Then we are driving to Lucca where we are visiting the main spots: Giacomo Puccini square, San Michele church, Napoleon square, Cathedral, Amphitheatre square, Via Fillungo, the city walls. After some free time to rest and shop our private van is taking us to an typical Tuscan Farmhouse for lunch and wine tasting. The drive is very short, and there you will have the chance to get to know the farmhouse's philosophy: wine, extra-virgin olive oil and food only following the traditional tuscan methods and cuisine. After lunch, relaxing and enjoying the place (if you want you can also shop there), the driver and I will drive you back to your accommodation
