Hello my name is Ivonne a Licensed Naturalistic Hiking Guide of Marche Region and National & International Tour Leader. After traveling for many years and living in Australia for eight (working in the Tourism Industry as well as Life-Guard at the pool) I returned to live in Ancona, where I grow up. I love working outdoors, in contact with nature, artworks and people. I am very passionate about my work! The transportation is not included on my tour, however, feel free to ask me for a quote in case you need a car and driver for the tour. Why you should choose to be accompanied by a Local Guide? I studied at the Art School then I worked many years as Graphic Designer until I moved to Australia and started to work in the hospitality field (discover my passion in working with people). I also worked as Life Guard in Australia so I'm trained for CPR. Then in 2012 I've decided to study to get the license as Tour Leader as well as Naturalistic Trekking Guide and since I got them granted I'm working and showing people the land where I'm from, I'm passionate about it. Overview of your Ancona tour
Le Lame Rosse di Fiastra is one of the best known and most fascinating places in the Sibillini Mountains. They are formations in the shape of pinnacles and towers, made up of gravel held together by clay and silts, formed thanks to the erosion of atmospheric agents. The tour is a round trip on the same path. 7 kilometres long and with a difference in height of 200 meters. Therefore, is suitable for most people! In the summertime, this lake is an ideal place where you can immerse yourself in the green-turquoise waters to get refreshed. There are also plenty of nice restaurants where you can try local food & wine. After the tour, which lasts for 4 hours including 30 min break at the Canyon Lame Rosse, we will return to the lake where it's possible to relax and refresh after the tour with a bath in the transparent water of the lake.
