Look no further for your tour in Oympia/Katakolon! Theocharis curated an amazing tour experience for us! Hi passion for his island, culture and history come through in all parts of his tour. We had some interests aside from the advertised tours and Charis took all of that into consideration and put together a personally designed tour for us! While is he not a licensed guide, so he could not accompany us into the Olympia archeological site, there is an excellent self guided tour and he was able to fill in information and answer any questions we had! I highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Do not pass up on this tour!! This tour was the highlight of our 9 day cruise. Charis was so much fun! He was right on time and easily found at the port. Olympia is a LOT larger than I imagined. We had lots of time to explore the area and see the things in the museum. We also had a little time to pop into the shops on the way back to the van. The winery was beyond compare! Such friendly, nice people. The wine was good and the appetizers excellent. Much better than I thought it would be!! Great winery! The beach stop was great--wonderful place. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't go down to the beach, but had an excellent coffee in the shop of the hotel. Throughout the day, Charis was very charming--we laughed a lot sharing stories. When we parted, it was like saying goodbye to a new friend! Thank you so much, Charis!! Susan

Olympia was our 4th stop on our cruise and our favorite. Much of this was due to our fantastic tour Guide. He was very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with. We hit all the spots we wanted and learned some fascinating information about the area. Very comfortable ride and great driver as well. Highly recommend.

Your Olympia tour itinerary

- The meeting hour will be based on your ship's arrival. The meeting usually is scheduled to start 15 minutes after the ship's docking at the port of Katakolon. - The drive to Olympia lasts 30 minutes. - The visit to Olympia site and museum takes approximately 2 hours. There you will have free time to explore the ruins and museum (please note I will not be escorting you inside as I am not licensed guide) - We meet up at the exit of the site and the next stop will be the winery. It takes about 10 minutes to get there. - The visit to the winery contains wine tasting and treat with traditional vegetable snacks and small portions of cooked meal. The visit will last 1 hour - Next stop is the Saint Andrew beach. The beach is located near the port of Katakolon. It takes 30 minutes to get there from the winery. Nice place to have coffee and enjoy the best sea view of the area. - The distance to return to the ship is little so the drive to get there should be no more than 5 minutes
