Hello, my name is Telia and I would love to be your compass in my hometown for a day! I really enjoy sharing my passion for the history of our ancient cities. My hometown Kalamata belongs to the region of Peloponnese. The Peloponnese has so many beautiful things to see. All the ancients cities are around, like the Ancient Messene, Mystras, Olympia, and more. For those who prefer nature, the Peloponnese is full of hidden caves, Diro's Caves in Mani, and waterfalls like Polylimnio. Hidden beaches are all over Kalamata also. I can take you to swim and sightsee in the most famous and beautiful ones. I know all the secrets and the hidden beauties and I look forward to show them to you! I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of the historical monuments.

Walking between the walls of the ancient city of Mycenae, still standing proudly after so many centuries, you will be able to feel the agony and the struggle for survival of the ancient Greeks. The sense of mysticism that we will have the chance to experience, while we are walking inside Epidaurus through the Tholos/Thymele, the Stoa of Abaton, the Katagogion, e. t. c. , are only some of the buildings that will fascinate us and you will imediately realise that they can be the reason of inspiration of a very atmospheric video game. This trip will "open" for you a window into the past, but you will also have fun and see the modern lifestyle of the locals. I thoroughly enjoy sharing with you the stories of the people who lived and built the palaces and tombs of their glorious kings in Mycenae, but at the same time I seek to convey to you the present day lifestyle of the locals of Nafplio.
Lea was able to tailor our tour to our interests and our group. Transportation was very comfortable and she was able to educate and brief us along the way. Rain did not deter us and she was able to make changes to accommodate the situation beautifully. She even took us to a fabulous bakery/deli for lunch unscheduled as our tour time had to change based on weather. Highly recommend her. Entire group enjoyed meeting her.
Telia was a fabulous guide. Her knowledge of the tour was exceptional and her pleasant personality made our day in Napflio memorable. We highly recommend her for your travels.
Normally I work with the guide for a tour, where they arrange the transportation to meet our needs, but this one worked the other way around. Aristoteleia is the driver, and she arranged a tour guide (Aris (spelling?)) for the historical sites we chose. Aristoteleia and the guide did great nevertheless. Went to Mycenae and Epidaurus, and walked around and had lunch in Nafplio (beautiful city). We were in the port of Nafplio from a cruise ship stop, so had limited time in port.
Aristoteleia was a fabulous guide and host as was the tour guide, Maria, who she brought to go into the historical sites with us. Both were super professional, thoughtful, great hosts and guides. Being in the hospitality business of hiring guides for clients in my own destination, I'm pretty particular when it comes to hiring them for myself. I would not hesitate to hire either of these fine professionals again - they were outstanding!
What an exceptional tour and guide. Telia is gracious, knowledgeable, thoughtful, entertaining, and an excellent driver. She provided an additional guide to accompany us into the archeological sites (Stavros was great) who provide running commentary of sites and history along our route. We learned so much about Nafplion and the surrounding area and had a wonderful time. We booked her for another tour the following week. We cannot give a higher recommendation!
Aristoteleia was a wonderful guide. She brought great enthusiasm and passion along with considerable knowledge that enlivened the experience. We had a car and could have driven between the sites ourselves but the private tour was definitely worth the cost. It was nice not to have to drive. Aristoteleia had numerous stories to tell between sites. She had an excellent command of the archeological history of each site and provided useful maps and booklets to navigate the sites. Highly recommend!
