My hometown Kalamata belongs to the region of Peloponnese. The Peloponnese has so many beautiful things to see. All the ancients cities are around, like the Ancient Messene, Mystras, Olympia, and more. For those who prefer nature, the Peloponnese is full of hidden caves, Diro's Caves in Mani, and waterfalls like Polylimnio. Hidden beaches are all over Kalamata also. I can take you to swim and sightsee in the most famous and beautiful ones. I know all the secrets and the hidden beauties and I look forward to show them to you! But later on, as we walk through the narrow and traditional alleys of Nafplio, you will understand how the Modern Greeks live and have fun today. Join me on this private day trip to Mycenae & Nafplio in a luxurious air-conditioned vehicle, with free WiFi on board. The tour starts from Kalamata but it can be started also from the port of Nafplio or any port in the Peloponnese.
We had a great tour of Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio. Aristoteleia organized great transportation for our group of 12 and also an excellent guide - Stavros - who provided us very interesting walking tours of the two sites and also a lovely walking tour of Nafplio. Stavros was very passionate and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This was a great tour for our group and I can highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time. Our objective was to enjoy our time, wander the streets of a beautiful and interesting town and have fun. That was exactly what we did and it was very special.
Aristoteleia is amazing! Truly one of the best guides in the world. She is flexible with the schedule, willing to work with me on pickup locations (even coming to Athens airport to greet me when I arrived!!). I feel like I have a friend in Greece to show me around to all the best sites. And the history! She is incredibly organized and while she doesn't accompany me inside the sites, she has detailed maps and diagrams and pictures with information I can refer to while I'm looking around. I actually prefer this. We speak about the history, myths, culture, language and art on the way to the site and then I have all the time I need to wander at my own pace and see what she just taught me. I will absolutely be reaching out to Aristoteleia again when I come back to explore MORE of the Peloponnese Peninsula in the future. :)
A great tour, not too long, not too short, with both historic and cultural highlights of the area. Guide was knowledgeable, friendly, excellent vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed Mycenae and Napflion. Highly recommended.
