Enjoy the incredible landscapes and a hidden thermal town in the heart of the Black Forest
Overview of your Colmar tour
We will depart to Baden Baden and will reach this classical thermal town, built in the middle of the stunning & preserved nature from the Black Forest. Expert about the local history, you will be invited for a personalized guided walking tour with your private guide. You will be able to discover all the emblematic buildings of this fascinating town, but also all the unexpected and hidden part of this lovely thermal town, in a professional and friendly manner. Then, time will be at leisure. You will have plenty of alternatives to enjoy some of the local culinary specialties. The second part of the day will be spent on the panoramic road, driving through the most spectacular sceneries. A large stop will be organized at the lake of Mummel (Mummelsee), located 1, 123 m (3, 684 ft) above sea level. You will be immerged in the middle of the Black Forest, discovering typical villages, stopping along the way at your own pace and why not, for the volunteers, be guided for a short trek inside the forest itself.

• 1h30 minutes comfortable drive to reach the center of Baden Baden. • Walking tour through the historical and pedestrian area will lead you to the casino, the thermal bath, the theatre, the park and the more local part of the town. • Leisure time for your own discovery and lunch. • Ride to altitude lake of Mummel, 45 minutes stop. If chosen, you will have the exclusive opportunity to be guided in the heart of the black forest itself for a short walk on the forest paths (please bring some comfortable shoes). • Driving on the panoramic road and enjoying the most traditional villages & pretty sceneries from the black forest.
