Welcome to El Salvador, "the land of precious things" as our ancestors called it. I am Benjamin, your local tour guide and driver. El Salvador is a new destination for tourists in Central America, I invite you to be one of the first to discover it Let me show you the variety of precious things here. It's being great being the first local guide who started operations for ToursByLocals in El Salvador back in 2014 My 12 years experience as a tour guide in El Salvador, and other important destinations like Copan in Honduras, Antigua Guatemala, Chichicastenango and Atitlan lake in Guatemala allows me to understand and prepare itineraries for different types of travelers who choose El Salvador as their next travel destination. El Salvador is a compact country with a good road network which enables rapid and effective travel to almost any tourist destination desired. A visit to its beautiful volcanoes, mountains, beaches, towns and people are just around the corner. Known as the friendliest country in Central America, El Salvador is a country small in territory but big on smiles and friendship. Explore La Ruta de Las Flores with its beautiful villages, colorful murals and good coffee for discriminating tastes. Or if adventure travel is your destination, El Imposible and Los Volcanes National Parks with rainforests and towering volcanoes will be perfect. For those seeking local cultural experiences, travel through the charming town of Suchitoto, the cultural capital of the country, and to Perquin in Morazan with its Museum of the Revolution. If a secluded beach vacation is your goal, visit the Gulfo de Fonseca west with its beautiful islands and beaches that invite you to enjoy a dip in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. No trip to El Salvador would be complete without sampling our famous Pupusas, the national food of our country. Like Salvadorans they are found around just about every corner. My clients know me to be a patient and flexible guide, listening with great care in order to meet your needs. My greatest satisfaction is your smile and your desire to return to my beloved El Salvador. I love my country and I enjoy showing its natural beauty and its people to all of our visitors. My family, my country and my job as a tour guide are my passions. Let me make your trip to El Salvador a real experience. You will want to return again and again!
