Hi my name is Mario. I am one of those tourguides that didn't start as a tourguide but moved to the profession because of passion! I use to belong to the corporate world, working in finance as my Unviersity degree said I should! However, when I was 24 I decided to do what I really loved in life and that was guiding. I took 4 months off to travel and see how people guide and booking tours around the world, and I got the idea of how I wanted to guide. I decided that I was going to be always myself, honest and transparent. I don't want people to feel that they are with a tourguide but with a friend they came to visit in Ecuador! I came back, started the training to be a tourguide and here I am! I also lived in the United States for couple of months when I was 21 to become fluent in the language, so that won't be barrier for us! Overview of your Guayaquil tour
In this tour you get to know the best of Guayaquil. We go to the "Historical Park" to learn about some history and culture of the City. After that we go the the "Iguana Park" which is a small park very famous because of the number of iguanas it has. Then we go for lunch. After that we go for a walking to "Malecon 2000" that is the most important tourist point in Guayaquil. We finish this tour in "Santa Ana hill" also called "Las penas" where we go up the stairs to see Guayaquil from a beautiful perspective.
