Hello folks!. Welcome to Bogota. I'll be glad to have you, and I would do my best so you'd have great memories of your stay in Colombia. I am a very friendly, cordial person. I've lived in the USA; in Phoenix where I participated on a foreign exchange student program for a school year. I've also lived in London, Barcelona, and Paris where I pursued some studies in order to get my Language Arts Bachelor's degree. I enjoy meeting new people and speaking foreign languages, and showing you my country. Do not hesitate to ask any questions you might have. I am looking forward to seeing you soon. We, all the people engaged in the tourism business are working pretty hard on meeting all bio-safety standards in order to be ready to have you when you decide to come to visit my wonderful country. So please stay well, and I hope to see you back soon. Nancy. Bachelor´s degree in Language Arts (University of Paris VIII, St Denis. Overview of your Bogota tour

Villa de Leyva, a gorgeous colonial village so well preserved. It is located 112 miles north of Bogota. It's mild climate, beautiful landscape adorned by the Andes mountains, and friendly people. I've known Villa de Leyva since 1979 so I've seen how this little town has evolved. I find it always easy to start a conversation with the locals which are so kind. The ambiance is so calm and relaxed that you seem to be transported to the all days. I've been a tour guide for 15 years and I know pretty well my region. On the way to Villa de Leyva we will drive through a lush area and beautiful scenery of the plateau where potatoe fields are grown. Abundant cattle farms and dairy factories. We can visit Ráquira, a quaint pottery town. There are others landmarks that it is worth see: the XVII century Santo Ecce Homo convent, the fossil. Strolling through the cobblestone streets is amazing.
