Hello folks!. Welcome to Bogota. I'll be glad to have you, and I would do my best so you'd have great memories of your stay in Colombia. I am a very friendly, cordial person. I've lived in the USA; in Phoenix where I participated on a foreign exchange student program for a school year. I've also lived in London, Barcelona, and Paris where I pursued some studies in order to get my Language Arts Bachelor's degree. Welcome to Bogota! This is the capital of Colombia, located at an altitude of 8. 600 feet above sea level. Bogota has a vibrant atmosphere but still preserves its colonial historical centre known as La Candelaria. We will visit the Paloquemao farmers' market where we can see a great variaty of produce and taste some of the tropical fruits of your choice. We can also interact with the vendors. Visiting the flowers market is a chromatic therapy, and besides flowers have made us rank the second producer of flowers after Holland. We will visit the main landmarks of Bogota like Montserrate Hill, the Gold Museum, Chorro de Quevedo square, Botero Museum and we will take a walking tour through the old neighbourhood where we can see Bolivar's square, the cathedral, Columbus theater. Lunch at a restaurant of your choice. Please inquire if you have any special request.
We had a great day with Nancy! Because we were trying to cover many aspects of Bogotá in a single day, she was very accommodating in planning an organized schedule for our full day tour. We experienced many things efficiently, yet at a relaxed pace. Nancy shared many insights about the city, its history, and its art treasures. We feel lucky to have spent time with her.

What a wonderful tour! Nancy gave us a fantastic introduction to some highlights in Bogotá. We never felt rushed but we were able to see a lot. Nancy was kind enough to indulge our request for a meal at a vegan restaurant in the Candelaria neighborhood. I would pick Nancy again in a heartbeat to show us more of Bogotá or Colombia!
As sometimes happens when you travel, I became ill the night before the tour that was organized for my girlfriend and I. Nancy was VERY accomodating and understanding, and since I made the decision I was too unwell to proceed, she checked in with me after a few hours to see if I had become well enough to join the tour whichI wasn't. My girlfriend said Nancy was very knowledgeable and a great tour guid. Thank you very much Nancy. My girlfriend was very impressed with your tour well!
Nancy showed us the highlights of Bogotá with her very competent driver Elver. We enjoyed her tour very much as she is experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We cannot recommend Nancy enough!
I'll pick you up at the hotel. Then, we will head to Paloquemao farmers' market, Monserrate, Gold Museum, Botero Museum, the old district of La Candelaria, and Bolivar's square, Cathedral, Columbus theater, Presidential House, strolling through small streets in the old neighbourhood. Remark: the Gold Museum is closed on Mondays, Botero Museum is closed on Tuesdays.
