Waterfall and natural reserve

The Itiquira national park is a natural reserve with a wonderfull waterfall with 168 mts free fall, natural swimmings pools, a lot of birds and bridges near the city of Formosa. The Itiquira national park is just 01:00 hour from Brasília and from the parking lot to the waterfall it's just 400 mts, I mean so easy to get there; but if you prefer something more radical, there is a way to get to the top of the waterfall, it takes about 02:00 hours walking to get there.
