Hello Everyone! My name is Viviana, I was born in Buenos Aires but I moved to Patagonia in 2005. During all these years I have been working as tour guide in Santa Cruz, Argentinean Patagonia and Los Glaciares National Park. I started doing this tour because of this is one of the most wonderful natural place and I love it! I will pick you up from CALAFATE HOTEL to start our adventure to Los Glaciares National Park. The distance to the glacier is 80 km along a paved road and the riding time is about 1. 30 hours. At first the landscape is steppe dry area with small vegetation; we stop by to observe the view of Argentino Lake before accessing the main gate of the national park. Here we'll stop to pay the entrance fees. After entering to the park the landscape changes dramatically becoming a dense forest with high and small deciduous beech. Besides on the right there is Rich arm of the Argentino Lake and after 21 km we'll do a brief stop to observe the first panoramic view of the glacier. Then continue to the catwalks and balconies area to check the balconies at different levels and angles in front of the glacier. You will also take a boat trip that get close to the glacier walls. Had a wonderful tour of Moreno Glacier with Pablo, guide and driver - Nesto. Pablo ensure we had the right clothing before setting off even though it was a sunny day. Pablo showed was all the highlights and explained how the glaciers were formed. He also had pictures and diagrams which made it more real and interesting. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend using Pablo for a visit to the Glacier.

We are SO glad we decided to hire Viviana as our guide for El Calafate. She was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive throughout our planning and trip. She arranged for us to visit glaciers, ride a boat, go hiking and have other adventures, and she answered all of our questions about local restaurants, shopping and the like. Our group of six adults — three couples — was grateful for her excellent work.
Viviana has been a wonderful guide for us. She was responsive and made all the arrangements very professionally. We enjoyed her depth of knowledge about the area and her friendliness. We were tight on time but she managed to show everything we wanted to see.
We had a great time with Vivian as our guide. She really knows how to explain in an interesting and pleasant way. She made sure to look after my wife who has some mobility issues and gave us a lot of advice about local aspects which we found extremely useful.
Viviana provided a fabulous tour to Perito Mereno. It was an all day event and she had great suggestions and was well versed with all the history of the glacier. she took care of everything for us and it was a great day!
