My name is Cesar, I live Monterrey, a great industrial city known as The City of "Cerro de la Silla" (The Horse Chair Mountain) due to a hill with this figure. Monterrey is the capital of Nuevo Leon state, and the third largest in Mexico. Is considered one of the most developed cities in the entire country. Downtown is a very walkable place and If you are interested in seeing the most cultural places around it, I recommend the City Tour. I have been working in the last 20 years in International Companies, always meeting with people from many cities around US, Europe and Canada, so it's very familiar for me to talk about Monterrey and share experiences around cultural places. I am an Engineer, expert in Technology and I have a Masters degree in Business Administration. I speak English, Spanish and I'm learning French as well. Due to weather, Cesar suggested an alternative adventure, which was much more suitable. Instead of Chipinque, he took of to the village of Garcia and the Grutas De Garcia. Both were worth the trip. Cesar made our first visit to Monterrey perfect. Firstly, he took us to all of the highlights we hoped to experience. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, his introduction allowed us to feel comfortable to experience the city on our own the remainder of the week.
