Pickup from your hotel lobby which is located in Hue City or meet you at a meeting point in Hue City. I'll take you to enjoy famous dishes of Hue cuisine. I have a lot to tell you about Hue city, my beloved city and you have to join me for this 3 and half hours tour! -We start the tour at Hang Me local restaurant to taste 3 cakes: Bánh Bèo (water fern cakes), Bánh Nậm (Flat Steamed Rice Dumpling), Bánh Lọc (Rice dumpling cake) -Next, we will enjoy Bún Hến- mixed noodles with mussels- Mixed noodles with many kinds of vegetables, peanuts, small mussels. . . with fish sauce. -Stop at Che Hue- Mixed sweet soup with many kinds of beans, coconut meats, coconut milk, taro, sweet potatoes, and corn. and then continue with Bún Bò Huế- Hue Noodles soup with beef, porks or crab meats. - Bánh Khoái- The No. 1 Vietnamese rice pancakes- Rice flour with shrimp and pork deep fried in natural oils. We eat with vegetables, sesame, and peanut sauce. - Tasting the local beers in Hue- Huda beers.
