This is a trip to discover Vietnam War and you will learn about Vietnamese's struggles for independence. The tour was very informative. I gained a better understanding of what had happened during the war . The tunnels are so amazing, seeing with my own eyes and the informations about the demilitarized zone was also impressive . I would have not known also the existence of the Imperial City had I not join the tour. Jerry was an excellent guide. He knows history and his stuff very well . I highly recommend.
Jerry NGO did an excellent job in meeting my very specific tour interests - that was seeing key points that United States military experienced during their time here in Danang/Hue. Considerable driving was involved and Jerry Ngo planned the trip to maximize our time to see as much as possible. He was knowledgeable and pointed out many key locations that we passed but didn't visit. At the same time, he worked in historic and cultural sites. An excellent, well-planned, informative and fun experience.
Jerry gave us a very good tour of Hue and Danang. He picked us up from Hoi An and showed us Marble Mountain, Hai Van pass and Lang Co on the way to Hue. We had good opportunities a long the way to shop for marble sculptures, pearls and specialty sweets at very good prices. In Hue, even though it was raining, we got to ride dragon boat on Perfume river to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and ate Hue special food. Jerry gave us a detail tour of Hue Citadel showing key buildings and providing good historic information.
