The road to Paradise, Ba Na Hills - Golden hands bridge

Abby was a wonderful guide for our day long excursion from Da Nang....she was clear in her communications beforehand, flexible to our preferences, and very personable and efficient in the conduct of our journey to Ba Na hills, and Marble Mountain. We are experienced travelers so we probably could have managed this ourselves, but I am so glad we didn't. Abby helped steer us through each of the key things we had on our list to experience one step ahead of the crowds. Saved time/frustration and had a great time talking with Abby who was a great conversationalist and willing to share/interact but was just as happy to let us chill and stare at the lovely vistas in silence. Perfect day.

My wife and I had such an amazing day with Abby walking through the Ba Na Hills. Even with it being cloudy, and only having a like 50 foot visibility, she still made this a phenomenal day. She was extremely open to answering any/ all of our questions throughout the day. By the end of the day, we felt like we were being walked around by a local friend vs. a tour guide. I don't know what's a better compliment than that in my books :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Hoi An, Vietnam and much of the credit goes to Nhan. I am challenging as I am a photographer and that food, entertainment and such are not as needed. Experiencing the area and capturing life as it exists on this trip was important. Nhan adapted very well to this and besides being very informative and knowledgeable of the area, she was able to communicate well understand what I wanted to do. I highly recommend Nhan, and Tours by Locals. I am very grateful to her!!!!

I don't usually post any comments but Nhan definitely needs one Prior to trip: - Clear agenda or schedule including pricing, time and expectations - Timely responses from the Guide and willingness to adjust her/driver's schedule per visitor's schedule During trip: - Excellent information provided on all places visits and explanation/history behind each place we visited - Went above and beyond to even help with non related activities (covid test schedule and local hospital assistance) 5 stars well deserved
