Beautiful Ba Na hills and Golden bridge private tour from Da Nang (Full day trip)

This was our favorite experience in all of Da Nang! Eric is among the best tour guides in the world! And we’ve hired many. Eric took time to suggest optimal times to depart and do various things that allowed us to skip lines and save hours of waiting in line. He also gave us plenty of time to do what we wanted and was flexible to adjust to our needs. We felt truly looked after! We recommend him highly.

Eric has been an absolutely wonderful tour guide. We booked two tours with him, one in Hoi An and one in Da Nang. In Hoi An, he guided us through the Old Town on New Year’s Eve, explained lantern traditions during a boat ride, and took us through rice fields and a coconut village, where we rode traditional round fishing boats. We visited the vegetable village, rode water buffalo, and enjoyed incredible food. In Da Nang, we visited Ba Na Hills and explored the French Village. During our trip, we celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday, and Eric went above and beyond by reserving dinner at Madam Lân and suggesting evening activities along the My Khe River: the night market and the Fire and Water Show at Dragon Bridge. Eric’s positive energy, storytelling, laughter, and passion for Vietnamese culture made the experience truly special. Vietnam stole our hearts, thanks to Eric!

Our trip to Ba Na Hills was definitely one of our most memorable experiences in Da Nang. The impressive half-hour cable car ride up the mountains, the cool, clean air and spectacular views on the Golden Bridge, and the quaint juxtaposition of Buddhist and French cultures were a feast for our senses. Our guide Eric made sure that the experience was smoothly facilitated - never a dull moment as he filled us in on historical and contextual information that we needed to appreciate what we saw, heard and felt. Even though it was only our first trip with him, we were immediately made comfortable with him and confident in his professionalism. The experience was marred only by the lunch offering and atmosphere - there were just too many people to jostle with and too much noise to contend with at the buffet.

Erik was the most wonderful tour guide during our two and a half days with him. He was extremely patient with us if we had a change of plans or if we were running late, and he was a pleasure to be around. Erik knew the answers to every question we asked and made everything seem fascinating. He was always early and ready to go with great energy and made sure we even had time to stop for breakfast when we were hungry. He took us to all the great food spots and, through his connections, got us good prices and great service. Erik truly made our trip amazing, and we could not have asked for a better tour guide. Highly recommend booking him, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time on this very interesting tour. Really beautiful scenery and a great gondola ride way up into the mountains. Our tour guide was very cheerful and happy and very accommodating.
