Da Nang city tour & Hoi An ancient town: shore excursion trip: 2 gorgious cities for one day

There is no better Tour Guide then Nhan in Da Nang or Hoi An. I know that sounds like a cliche, and to be fair, we only had the one guide but she was was simply fantastic. Great communication from booking to pick up. Flexible with the agenda and catered for exactly what our group wanted. She speaks perfect English and has a really upbeat and infectious personality. By the end of the day she felt like one of our group who happened to know everything about Da Nang and Hoi An, plus she was very knowledgeable about general Vietnamese history and culture. Not only did Nhan make sure we were safe and having an amazing day, she went out of her way to take pictures of us and film our shenanigans on her own phone, and later send us everything she captured. Such great memories we would have otherwise missed out on! Along the way Nhan added stops she thought our group would enjoy, took us into these delicious little coffe shops we would have otherwise walked straight past, she even went over the allocated 8 hour booking just so we never felt rushed. If you ever find yourself in Da Nang or Hoi An. I would highly recommend you start your trip with a tour by Nhan! 5 stars all the way! This tour was amazing! I only had a few hours to see Da Nang and Abby made it happen for me. She was so friendly and helpful and was able to give such wonderful information about everywhere we went. Abby helped me coordinate the schedule, got rides ready, helped me find delicious local food, and even took my pictures and fanned me in the heat! Everything was custom to my particular needs and it was an unforgettable experience!!

Nhan is charming charismatic young lady. She is full of energy and it was a pleasure spending the day with her. She relates the historical perspective and gave us a good understanding of the current situation living in Da Nang and Vietnam.

Good English skills, flexible, patient, always watching out for us. Self made, works hard at multiple things. LGreat fun personality-get her to sing!
