Da Nang City Tour from Chan May Port

We will spend a full day discovering the My Son Sanctuary, once the sacred worship center of the Champa Kingdom. Next, we head to the Marble Mountains in Da Nang, where you can explore natural caves, admire Buddha statues, and visit ancient pagodas dating back to the 4th century. From there, we continue to Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain) to enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, My Khe Beach, and Da Nang city. At the top, we will visit the Linh Ung Bai But Pagoda, home to the tallest Lady Buddha Statue in Vietnam, standing 67 meters above sea level. Don’t forget to look out for wild monkeys along the way. We will stop at an authentic Restaurant in Da Nang to enjoy delicious local food. In the afternoon, we’ll explore the city and admire Da Nang’s iconic bridges along the Han River, including the Love Lock Bridge, Dragon Bridge, and Han River Bridge. Throughout the day, you will also have the chance to learn more about local life, culture, and traditions.

At 8:00 AM, our driver and tour guide will meet you at Chan May Port and we will head straight to the My Son Sanctuary, the holy land of the Champa Kingdom. Here, you will learn about the fascinating Champa culture, admire unique Hindu-style architecture, listen to ancient legends, and enjoy a traditional Apsara dance performance. Next, we return to Da Nang city to explore the famous Marble Mountains, where natural caves, sacred pagodas, and impressive Buddha statues create a perfect harmony of nature and spirituality. We continue to the Han River area and stop at the Love Lock Bridge, an ideal place to capture beautiful photos of the Dragon Bridge and Han River Bridge. We will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, a great spot to relax and taste local cuisine. In the afternoon, we visit the Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula, home to the tallest Lady Buddha Statue in Vietnam. Finally, we transfer you back to Chan May Port, marking the end of your memorable day.
