Exploring around 50km from Punta Ballena to José Ignacio.
Overview of your Punta Del Este tour
The most famous "balneario" (seaside city) in the country and one of the most exclusive in Latin America. The beauty of its geography is combined with an unparalleled urbanization. The area covered by this destination really includes around 50km of coastline between what is Punta Ballena (at the West) and José Ignacio (at the East). It includes Mansa and Brava Beach, Peninsula, La Barra & Manantiales. As it is a huge area and difficult to visit in a half day tour, I provide different options so you choose the one which best suits to you. In this particular one, we will travel around all the places, the full shore excursion. So, at the end of the day, you will return to your place knowing the most relevant places of all the area. Around 50km of beaches, historical places, shops, art, handcrafts, different kinds of architecture and neighborhoods, parks, rivers and lagoons.
Your Punta Del Este tour itinerary
-We will start in Punta Ballena and we will visit all that area including Las Grutas. -Heading East, all the Mansa Beach and its neighborhoods, until we get to the Peninsula. -There we do all the Rambla Circunvalacion until we get to Los Dedos (the fingers) sculpture. -Entering the Bava Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods, we continue East and cross the Maldonado Stream by the famous ondulated bridge. -There we arrive to La Barra, and all the beaches and spots like Montoya, Bikini, and Manantiales. -Another seaside 20km and we arrive to José Ignacio, its lighthouse and small but exclusive village and neighborhoods. -Before returning to the Peninsula, we will go up to the Garzon Lagoon, and visit the new circular bridge and have a look to the amazing view. This is a protected area and a National Park. -We return to Punta del Este to finish our tour in the Port and the Peninsula. (Customizable itinerary).

The vehicle to be used is Mitsubishi Montero 4x4,licensed for 7 people, including the driver, and there are safety features for everyone. The ideal number of adults in the group should be 4 of medium build so that they can travel in total comfort. It is also possible to incorporate 2 children or adolescents if they are not large. The clarification is because the 3rd row seat is smaller than the rest. I recommend having breakfast at the hotel as early as possible so we can hit the road early.
