Welcome to Punta del Este!!! My name is Gabriela and I am very happy to be your guide. I was born in Montevideo and I used to spend my holidays in Punta del Este. I always dreamt of moving here and finally I did, I moved in 1980. I work in landscaping, study medicinal herbs, and I am a massage therapist and reiki healer. During winter time I give whale whatching tours, and in summer time I give tours to "Isla de lobos". I love Punta del Este, and I also love to show and share my city and surroundings with others. On the other hand, I love to practice surfing, walk by the sea and enjoy nature. It will be my pleasure to show you the highlights as well as the local side of this fantastic place which I call Home. Overview of your Punta Del Este tour
Jose Ignacio was a small fishing village that has become the most exclusive spot in the region. Celebrities, famous artists and top models from all over the world choose this place year after year. Throughout the excursion we will visit the Jose Ignacio lighthouse, stylish beaches, the central square and the circular bridge over the Garzon lagoon. Not to mention the surrounding nature and the breathtaking ocean views that make up the beauty of our magnificent city and become the main attraction. Punta del Este offers some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The ultimate in chic beach eating, Parador La Huella's repertoire in grilled seafood led by Vanessa Gonzalez is second to none, making it a regular summer spot for trendy and fashionable visitors from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and beyond. Time permitting, we will also visit Atchugarry Foundation to see the new MACA ATCHUGARRY'S CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM, which will be dedicated on January 8, 2022

Gabriela is a delight. She has a quick, friendly attitude and is flexible and accommodating. My husband and I had a lovely day viewing Punta del Este with Gabriela. She showed us beautiful beaches and neighborhoods and gardens. She helped me find more suitable clothing and helped my husband buy local wine. We also visited a very impressive museum. I went on the tour alone with Gabriela. We had a great time together. She showed me her town and all the beautiful beaches and historic places, including the lighthouse and church she goes to. We toured more beautiful areas and stopped at the La Auberge hotel to look at the tower and to see the grounds! Gabriela is professional, but also makes you feel like a friend. She goes out of her way to make your day memorable. I would book this tour again and would also book for my clients.

Gabriela is friendly and personable. We saw all the Punta del Este highlights, and got a great lunch. We had opted not to go to the famous beach restaurant, and instead requested a stop for something traditional Uruguayan. Gabriela took us to a great little shop for chivito, which is delicious and a national Uruguayan dish. We also really enjoyed the Museum of Contemporary Art, and would encourage everyone to stop there
