Hiking a trail in Carson National Forest, part of the Columbine Hondo Wilderness. We will drive past Arroyo Seco towards the Taos Ski Valley (NM 150) where four trails climb into aspen elevation. Difficulty is moderate. Hiking time or specific trail can be adjusted. These are great hikes in the summer with cool aspen groves and creek crossings. The sights to be seen will certainly be worth the exercise! Join me on this adventure! (Not available during winter months with snow).
Itinerary can include no-host lunch at the Farmhouse Restaurant north of Taos on Hwy 68 or at an Arroyo Seco restaurant on Hwy 150. Itinerary adaptable based on interests or requirements of client.
