Hello beautiful people, my name is Luz, and I have been living on Oahu for over 18 years. I fell in love with this beautiful island when I first came here on vacation—just like many of you. I enjoy sunny days, the outdoors, swimming, hiking, painting, visiting museums, and learning about art and history. I have a natural love for people and for this island, and giving tours allows me to share both while meeting people from all over the world. My goal is to make you feel right at home. I like to keep my tours fun and engaging. I’ll teach you some basics of the Hawaiian language and culture, and if you’re interested, we can even learn a simple Hawaiian song together. I know the island very well and will make sure you and your family have a memorable experience. Please feel free to ask any questions—I will respond as soon as possible. I have over 10 years of experience in tourism and understand that every guest is different. My tours are flexible, and I welcome your suggestions as long as they are safe and legal. You can make changes up until pickup time, and even during the tour we can adjust the itinerary. This is what we call “Hawaiian style”—relaxed and flexible. Fabulous tour to the national park. We lucked out because there literally wasn't a cloud in the sky - one of the rare times that this occurs. Wendy was terrific and we loved that she had worked at the national park in the past. We even got to see (from a lower elevation) the Observatory. It was a delightful tour and I so appreciated that we could accommodate my scooter.

If we could give Luz a higher rating we would. Luz was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and easy to not just work with but also to spend the day with. Within a short time of meeting her one is left with the feeling that she is a long time friend. Additionally, she has a great sense of humor. My wife and I spent the day with her and we are grateful to have done the tour with her. We would unhesitatingly recommend that anyone considering any tour of Oahu do so with her!
Your Honolulu tour itinerary
I will pick you up at a time that is convenient for you from your hotel or designated location. We’ll begin with Diamond Head Lookout, followed by a scenic drive through Kahala Estates to admire the beautiful homes. If you’d like, we can make an optional stop at Leonard’s Malasadas to try this famous local treat. We’ll then continue along Oahu’s stunning southeast coast, stopping at Halona Blowhole for photos and videos and exploring Eternity Beach and its hidden cave. We’ll continue to Makapuʻu Lookout for spectacular ocean views, followed by a drive-by of Sandy Beach, where I’ll share some Hawaiian history and culture. Finally, we’ll head to Downtown Honolulu to see Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha I Statue. I am flexible with the start time, so you can choose a time that works best for you and your family. The itinerary may be adjusted based on your interests, traffic, and available time.
