Let's explore the Red Rocks Amphitheater in the early morning. The views of Denver from the amphitheater of Denver are majestic. The Visitor Center describes the 300 million years of history that it took to form the rocks, as well as all of the notable musicians that have played in the amphitheater. One of my favorite times in Red Rocks is when I heard the Gyspy Kngs play. The acoustics were absolutely amazing. Continuing on to the charming town of Evergreen we will stop for coffee and from there we will gaze at the spectacular mountain views as we pass by Evergreen Lake. From there we will take a scenic mountain road where there are incredible majestic mountain ranges on every side. Mount Evans is finally open again for the season and you can now take in the spectacular sites of Mount Evans. My wife's family is from Bogota and she and her family loved seeing the mountain goats above 14, 000 feet and taking the highest paved road in the United States. Now they can brag to their friends in Colombia.
- Denver hotel pick up - Red Rocks Amphitheater. Gaze at Red Rocks and Amphitheater and visit the Visitor Center if open. (Due to Covid it is closed now) - Drive to Evergreen and Evergreen Lake - Arrive at Echo Lake. There we will stop and walk around the Lake -Lunch may be in Idaho Springs or perhaps in Evergreen. - Depart for Mount Evans. - Leave Idaho Springs. - Return to Denver.

- Passengers will be transported by 2022 Kia Telluride. The SUV is equipped with leather seats, air conditioning in the front and back, sunroof, and a moonroof in the back. I have commercial insurance for the vehicle and the PUC certification. This is required by Colorado for any commercial use of a vehicle. - Walking and light hiking.
