We had an excellent tour with Gareth on a chilly, misty day in May. He met us at the cruise port and showed us the areas near Holyhead that we had requested as well as many other interesting places in the area. He shared a lot of local history, stories, and culture with us, and found a quaint pub in a quiet area where we could enjoy lunch. He also thoughtfully arranged for us to meet with distant relatives who live near Holyhead. It was a wonderful experience.
Gareth was excellent. We signed him up only a few days in advance - briefed him about the nature of the tour we were conducting and he tailored the information he provided to meet our needs. He was friendly and more than happy to answer questions as we visited our sites. So much so that he provided me with some additional info after the tour which he thought people might be interested in. He took part in a ceremony we conducted and translated a short section of the script into Welsh, which was wonderful.
Gareth is fabulous. His love for his country and the enthusiasm he shows his clients is Infectous. We spent a full day touring and he was non stop información filled with little known facts. Highest recommendation.
