Hello! My name is Florence and I would be thrilled to host you on a tour. I have lived and worked in Bristol for 17 years and I LOVE this city and the stunning countryside around us. My great passion is food. I have been working in food for over a decade, with a focus on local and sustainable food systems, as well as education and communication. I'm passionate about excellent food and drink, and thinking about how we can produce this in such a way that is nourishing for our souls and our planet. We are spoilt for choice in Bristol and North Somerset for incredible produce, restaurants, bars and more. I love nothing more than sharing these fantastic stories and flavours, and my knowledge and passion about food, farming and flavour. I have been hosting food and drink tours in the area for two years. My tours are fun, informal and informative. As well, as enjoying amazing food and drink, you'll have the opportunity to explore this amazing part of the world and I'll share local history and insights along the way.
