If you are looking for something completely different to do in Mallorca, away from crowded beaches and tourist areas, this is the tour you are looking for without a hesitation! You have never probably thought the city of Palma is a place highly rich in traditional pastries. Some of these Mallorcan recipes appeared more than 1. 500 years ago and we still keep the original way of cooking them like a treasure we must leave to generations to come. Join me on this tour and you will be amazed by a facet of Palma you did not even imagine it could exist! You will have the opportunity to taste ensaimada, the most renown Mallorcan dessert. We will savor small pastries that Mallorcan aristocracy comissioned to the best cooks under their service 400 years ago. You will also be able to visit a stall whose owners pride themselves on being the first family in making ice cream on this island. You do not want to miss it! Tour adaptative to your taste for pastries. Send me a message for any specific request.
- We will stop at a vintage bakery that was started 300 years ago. Highly specialized in candies and chocolate confectionery. - We will go to a bakery focused on making both religious and aristocratic desserts of the 17th and 18th century Mallorca. - We will make a stop at the most famous cafe in the Old Quarter for ensaimada (the Mallorcan pastry par excellence). The same family has owned the business for three centuries. - We will visit a bakery in which you can see how they make the pastries through a glass under your feet.

Hotel in Palma or Parc de la Mar (for cruise ship passengers): you need to take the shuttle bus from the cruise ship to the city center. The shuttle drops you off next to a breakwater called Escollera. Once you get off the bus, go towards the Cathedral (you will see it from where you are). Then, you cross the highway by the pedestrian light and you will be at Parc de la Mar already. Walk to the left as you are facing the Cathedral and the lake and you will see me by the Tourist Information Office.
