Itinerary not perfect? Message Michał F. to build a tour that’s just right for you.
Wroclaw is on of those cities in Europe which have experienced both dictatorships: nazist's and communists'. Until end of WW2 it was one of the biggest German cities and you can still see many german signs on our buildings. On this tour you will see the most interesting parts of the city but our story will focus on Nazi era and WW2 in the city. I will be very happy to answer your questions about the past and present times. Everything in relaxed and friendly atmosphere!
The best is to start at Monopol Hotel but if your hotel is far away from this place we can, of course, adjust the itinerary to your preferences. - Monopol Hotel - Wolnosci Square - Gestapo building and the "New Synagogue" - the building was destroyed in WW2 - Jewish District and White Stock Synagogue - Solny Square - Main Square - Dietrich Benhoffer memorial - University of Wroclaw - Ossolinski Institute - Nowy Targ Square - Market Hall - cooffe & toilet brake - Sand Island - Cathedral Island It is a walking tour and it takes maximum 3h.
