I am Mary Grace, a licensed local and accredited tour guide of Department of Tourism here in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. This is the tour to one of the new 7 wonders of nature. Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park or popularly known as Underground River is one of the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the province of Palawan. Guests will be have a scenic drive of the country side for 1. 5hrs to sabang port and take on an outrigger boat to the National Park. A paddle boat will take you inside the cave which is the longest navigable in the world with sights of limestones rocks which were formed millions of years ago by natural phenomenon.
We had a wonderful time! Mary Grace made the day a delight with her excellent English and her deep knowledge of and love of the Philippines. The area is huge and travel can be slow, but her advance planning and experience got us to the chosen sights with time of spare. She was flexible enough to change venues quickly so that we could explore more. Use her, you will be pleased.
Grace was an amazing guide. We had a great driver, lovely AC van, and fun commentary the whole trip to the Puerto Princesa Underground River. Although we are seniors, Grace made sure we had extra help getting on the various boats. A+ trip and guide!
Grace is knowledgeable, and funny. She is phenomenal. Grace explained the tour and expectation of the day in great detail. It was a fantastic tour and I would highly recommend. The underground river cave is beautiful and a treasure. Beautiful hidden gem.
Grace has a bubbly personality with humorous commentary that makes you laugh. She's also great at organizing and scheduling our boat rides so that we were able to have time for the large buffet lunch and still made it back to the shop early. Definitely book your tour with Grace and the long drive to the Underground River won't feel long.
The underground river was amazing!!! Well worth the long drive and boat ride to get to it! Grace was the perfect tour guide, too. She is very knowledgeable about the area and has a great personality. You feel as if you are traveling with a good friend! Thank you for a wonderful day!
We wanted to arrive early. Grace was at our hotel at 5.30am. We beat the crowds and were first to enter the Underground River. Grace was helpful and informative. We really enjoyed the experience.
