No holiday to Oman would be complete without making a journey into the vast Arabian Desert, an opportunity to meet Bedouin people and enjoy camel ride (optional). We drive around 2 hours from Muscat to Wahiba Sands, located in the Al Sharqiya region. Experience the thrill of dune bashing on top of the goldendunes. On the way back, visit Wadi Bani Khalidr or Al Mudayrib village. Important Note: Recommended from September to April. During the tour, wear comfortable full covered clothes, running shoes, extra clothes, towel & suntan lotion. Bring along drinking water during hike. His knowledge and planning of traveling through Oman is impeccable and I would highly recommend any of his tours. He is very personable and his English is perfect. He made the Bedowin tour seem like it was his own family. Driving through the sand dunes and the wadi was a thrill.

We booked with Yasser in 2020 before COVID hit and we had to cancel. We tried to arrange for 2021 and that did not work. Finally, in 2022, we got to come to Oman. Throughout, Yasser was an outstanding communicator, making sure we were up to date on entrance requirements to Oman as well as other subjects. Our itinerary was laid out well in both the city and our overnight venture into the mountains south of Muscat. This was Yasser's suggestion and it was a highlight. Great at teaching us about Oman
