My name is Igvars, I have been travelling to more than 110 countries, and now it is time to give my experience and feelings to others, to help them open wider horizons, to find the hidden colours and make their own rainbow. I have studied administration and leading. I have finished the course as a Tour Leader. In Norway, I have 12 years experience of driving and guiding people in my region (Møre og Romsdal). Overview of your Alesund tour

You will enjoy ocean gates in the village, watch birds in Runde, be amazed in Ålesund-town of history and art nouveau, will enjoy mountain walks and waterfalls in Geiranger, will feel lonely against and with nature in the valley. Geiranger fjord is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is on many must see lists, but I will bring You to hidden sides of this fjord, You will get viewpoints from different points. Geiranger fjord is famous with beautiful coasts from both sides- mountains and waterfalls. Runde is an island in the municipality of Herøy in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Runde is famous for its enormous amount of birds. It is said that there are about 500, 000 to 700, 000 seabirds inhabiting the island, most of them are to be found in the cliffs. It is perfect time to be a bird watcher. The nature areas on Runde are vulnerable, important and interesting for research.

The tour was very informative, fantastic and we enjoyed every second of it. The tour was tailored and edited as per our request and we visited amazing places no one else from our cruise friends has been to. What a fantastic guide Igvars is! Fjords, mountains and valleys we saw are of incomparable beauty, however Igvars made our trip even more fantastic with careful, smart choices about where to go when to avoid crowded spots, giving us exactly the mixture of fabulous views and hiking that our group wanted, and knowing excellent restaurant choices. Igvars made the trip so fun, and he is kind, compassionate, has a great sense of humor and is fully accomodating to his visitors' choices - goes the extra mile!
