Curonian Spit Full-Day Tour from Klaipėda From the New Ferry Terminal, we will take a short 10-minute ferry ride across the lagoon to the Curonian Spit, a unique UNESCO World Heritage site. Our first stop is the charming town of Juodkrantė, known for the Hill of Witches. We will enjoy a pleasant 40-minute walk through a beautiful forest, exploring wooden sculptures inspired by Lithuanian legends and fairy tales. Next, we make a short stop at the Cormorant and Heron Colony, the largest bird colony in Lithuania. We continue to the Nagliai Nature Reserve, often called the Lithuanian Sahara. Here we take a hike to admire its impressive shifting dunes and protected landscapes. Our journey then leads to Nida, the largest and most famous town on the Curonian Spit. We visit the Parnidis Dune, one of the highest dunes on the peninsula, offering stunning views all the way to the Lithuania–Russia border.
