It's a nice chance for me to support the travellers as a local guide in the West part of Lithuania. Overview of your Klaipeda tour
Along the the countryside of Lithuania I will present the exceptional nature surroundings and describe the local traditions and customs which are still alive in the region called - Semogitia. In the town of Plateliai there will be an opportunity to try local dishes. What is more, there will be a possibility to visit an exceptional exhibition in the Baltics where instead of nuclear military base which existed during Soviet period in Lithuania, today the museum has been set. This is the only museum in Baltic region set in the former nuclear military base. At the end of the day I will present the historical Klaipeda old city today and then. This tour is for those who are fond of variuos sights and getting to know about local culture, history, traditions.
Your Klaipeda tour itinerary
We will start the day at the cruise ship terminal. Drive about 80 km along picturesque region of Lithuania called Semogitia until we reach the most famous historical sight - Cold War Museum. The local guide of the museum will present the exposition in details. Lunch time is planned in Plateliai town, which is nearby. At the end of the day we will visit old Klaipeda city.
