I felt very protected around him. He has a great sense of humour, full of knowledge, never boring, never thinks my questions are stupid and never makes me feel stupid in anyway. It was really nice to get the call from you yesterday. I felt even safer knowing that someone in the company is keeping an eye on your clients and workers.
