Overview of your Monopoli tour
I produce small batches of boutique wines using grapes from different parts of Puglia and different vineyards sharing their unique stories: -a white wine from Northern Puglia from a sanctuary\refuge for free animals saved from slaughter or just born disabled; -a rosé and red from an organic vineyard few hundred metres away from my summer house vinified in the most simple way and bottled with character; -an orange and red from the same vineyards of my countryside home vinegrower and grapes turned into wine in a natural way with indigenous yeast and spontaneous fermentation. I was born and raised in this area and I'm a social wine drinker, I respect my health and as well the healthy sides of drinking wine with other people We pick the grapes with my mum that loves to be in the nature as much as me and then I follow all the different stages of the wine making supported by friends
